Mark Belnap

Mark is currently a civil engineer with the South Florida Water Management District headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL. He recently moved here from Provo, UT.

This page was created when he began his "web-presence" as a student in Civil Engineering in the College of Engineering and Technology at BYU. He was working for the Engineering Computer Graphics Lab. (now called EMRL) produces many programs that aid in entering and visualizing (pre- and post-processing) data for various analysis codes. Most of the effort is directed towards groundwater, surface hydrology and similar topics. His master's project involved implementation of the "map module (one of the neatest features in v2.0 of GMS )

He is currently working on a project to develop a regional scale model that will be used to evaluate water resources in south Florida.
